Residential fit out
Since 2013 StockhausenDesign has been working on residential fit out projects in Berlin and Leipzig. The projects range from electrical planning, sourcing of tiles and bathroom fittings to redesigning apartment layouts. An important part of StockhausenDesign’s work is to restore the buildings historical and beautiful aesthetic features such as original box windows, antique parquet floors and doors. StockhausenDesign manages qualified teams of workers and ensures projects are completed on time, within budget and to the specified standards.
Layout optimization
StockhausenDesign`s goal is to create living spaces adapted to the people’s modern living. The layout of traditional Berlin apartments are characterized by, long and narrow so called “tunnel” bathrooms and kitchens. StockhausenDesign`s approach adapts the layout to provide large, open plan and light Kitchen- living spaces, modern and compact bathrooms, and addition bedrooms that don’t compromise on space. In that way the space is used more efficiently providing more comfort for the inhabitants, and a greater yield for the owners, due to increased accommodation and modern facilities.
Bathrooms
StockhausenDesign is expert in planning, sourcing bathroom materials and project managing the installation of modern bathrooms. StockhausenDesign can source high quality bathroom fittings and fixtures suitable for rental properties though to luxury private dwellings using the finest items sourced from around the world.
Gastronomy
Successful gastronomy space design and fit-out means meeting the client’s objectives whilst complying with Germany’s health and safety rules. StockhausenDesign has been working in 2019 to create an exciting new restaurant space in Berlin, Prenzlauerberg. The goal was to create safe, efficient, and friendly working spaces for personnel and a unique dining experience for guests. This was achieved by working closely with the restaurant tenants and owners.
